Goddard’s GSB
Large riverside pub that has received the natural wood treatment during its last conversion. Hugely popular eating-house with outside area onto the waters edge. On a summers day the waters are busy with yachts and dinghies and the pub holds its own regatta in September. Once a rambling old pub but now one huge bar that integrates the snugs and cosy nooks that used to be. Live music on Saturday evenings with additional entertainment on Thursdays and Sundays during the summer. Good facilities for visiting yachtsmen with there own pontoon and pier facilities and showers in the pub.
